Perched high on the Katoomba Escarpment overlooking the Jamison Valley is Cloud 9, the upstairs apartment of Dalia’s Blue Mountain Retreat.

The perfect couples retreat, with it’s romantic honeymoon suite and sought after secluded location. Cloud 9 creates immediate impact with breathtaking views emerging as you ascend the private outdoor staircase on your approach to your entrance.

This light filled, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment offers 4 times the space of an average hotel room with all the comforts of home.

Cloud 9 sleeps up to 5 guests. For larger groups you might like to book Sterling Manor, the downstairs apartment which sleeps 6 guests.

Rest and relax in this sanctuary of peace. Take in the tranquility and changing colours of the escarpment.. Be entertained by the cockatoos and king parrots who will drop in for a chat.

Guests have access to the “Garden of the Stars” Astrology gardens below. Made famous by it’s previous owner the well known Astrologer Richard Sterling. These gardens were featured on Burke’s Backyard and Gardening Australia and are magical to experience.

Literally a 5 minute drive from the Railway Station and restaurants.
A 5 minute walk or 300 m from the famous 3 Sisters and the Echo Point Information Centre with tips and maps for bushwalks in the area.

5 major bushwalks from Echo Point with Katoomba Cascades an easy walk to charming waterfalls and easy boardwalks.

Extra Guest Policy: Nightly rate is calculated for 2 guests, thereafter each additional guest is charged $70/night.

Child Policy: Children from the age of 12yr are accepted.

No Loud parties allowed: Guests are requested to lower their voices from 10pm to respect the privacy of other guests in the house and neighbouring properties. Please do not exceed the number of guests booked due to extra noise.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund 30 days before check-in
  • 50% refund 14days before check-in
  • Less than 7 days no refund however dates can be transferred without charge

Nightly Accommodation Rates

Midweek Sunday – Thursday  $380
Weekend Friday – Saturday  $420

The nightly rate is inclusive of 2 guests, thereafter each additional guest is $70/night.
These prices are seasonal and may change during peak season and public holidays
